| Guided tours |
Guided tours for private groups (20 people maximum per group) can only be scheduled for Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 am to 8 pm and for Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Guided tours cannot be scheduled for Saturday afternoons, Sundays and Mondays.
As a microphone for the guide and headsets for the participants need to be prepared, all guided tours must be announced. Groups that are not listed on our daily tour group schedule may be refused entrance. Guided tours can be booked from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm on tel. + 49 (0)89 224412, or by e-mail at kontakt@hypo-kunsthalle.de The Kunsthalle can arrange for art historians to lead the guided tours through our exhibitions, and certain foreign languages can be requested. Guided tours in German Tuesday through Friday, 60 – 90 minutes: € 95,– plus the entrance fee. Saturday until 1 pm, 60 – 90 minutes: € 115,– plus the entrance fee. Foreign language tours Tuesday through Friday, 60 – 90 minutes: € 115,– plus the entrance fee. Saturday until 1 pm, 60 – 90 minutes: € 135,– plus the entrance fee. Prices as of July 2009 Children's tours Guided tours for children are offered in collaboration with Munich's Museum Education Centre (Museumspädagogisches Zentrum). These German language tours are geared towards children aged 6 to 10. For schedules and prices, please click here … Guided tours organized by the Volkshochschule (Centre for Adult Education) The Munich Volkshochschule offers guided tours to each exhibition in German. In addition to the reduced admission price (group rate) you pay an extra fee to the Volkshochschule for this service. Reservations for these tours are not required.
