How to get to the Kunsthalle Subway (U-Bahn) U4/U5 stop at Odeonsplatz U3/U6 stop at Marienplatz or Odeonsplatz S-Bahn S1 – S8 stop at Marienplatz Tramway Line 19 stop at Theatinerstraße Bus Line 100 stop at Odeonsplatz → for online-maps and schedules of the Munich Transportation Authority (MVV) Wheelchair access Exhibitions at the Kunsthalle are wheelchair accessible. From the main box-office entrance at the Theatinerstraße, an elevator leads to the first floor. A further elevator gives access to the second floor lobby and the exhibition galleries. The elevator accessible from the ground floor museum shop (entrance from the Salvatorpassage) gives access to the first floor ticket office. However, this secondary ticket office may at times be closed, and then a ticket at the ground floor ticket office (near Theatinerstraße) needs to be acquired. |
